2. Collaboration Submissions
When you submit an application for collaboration, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to promote the content you are submitting.
3. Content Playback
Aradhana Now provides audio content that can be played in both background and foreground modes. Video content, however, is restricted to foreground playback only to comply with partner and platform policies.
4. YouTube API Integration
Certain features of our service use the YouTube API to display video content. By using these features, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the data practices described in Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Free Promotion Policy
Aradhana Now offers free promotion for selected devotional content creators. We reserve the right to select which content to promote based on our quality guidelines and community standards. Submission does not guarantee promotion.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original content. By collaborating with us, you grant Aradhana Now a non-exclusive license to showcase your content within our mobile application for promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aradhana Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our collaboration program.
